ACC REGISTERED (ACC PHYSIOTHERAPY) We welcome all patients whether you have a current ACC claim or are paying privately. If you have injured yourself but do not have an ACC claim, the Physiotherapist can complete ACC claim forms for you. New ACC injury claims can be completed by your physiotherapist at the time of your visit and are submitted electronically to ACC. ACC will advise you of their decision by mail approximately 1-2 weeks later. Please note that claim acceptance by ACC is not guaranteed, and where the claim is declined, private treatment fees will apply.
SOUTHERN CROSS EASY CLAIM Easy claim is a simple way for healthcare providers to claim electronically, on behalf of Southern Cross Members, for eligible services/treatment without completing a claim form. Simply present your Member card. If your plan covers physiotherapy and it qualifies, Southern Cross will reimburse PhysioNow directly and you will only pay any remaining contribution you are responsible for, so you do not have to worry about filling out claim forms or waiting for a refund.
